Spring Startups
After a long winter, your well needs a proper restart. Our Spring Startup services are designed to ensure everything is running safely, efficiently, and at peak performance to avoid downtown during the season. We handle the full reconnection and priming of jet pump systems, followed by a complete system evaluation—including running and testing the pump and motor, performing a full tune-up, and taking accurate voltage and amperage readings. We also conduct flow and pressure tests, inspect all critical components such as the check valve, pressure switch, gauges, tank, and filters, and flush the well to help deliver clean, reliable water.
This service is available from April 1st through May 15th, with discounted pricing for regular maintenance customers. Additional services, such as running and testing irrigation zones, are available upon request, along with other seasonal maintenance options throughout the year.
Mid-Summer Checkups
By mid-summer, your well system is under peak demand—making it the ideal time for a proactive checkup to maintain performance and prevent unexpected issues. Our Mid- Summer Maintenance service includes a full pump and motor evaluation and tune-up, along with precise voltage and amperage readings to ensure your system is operating efficiently despite increased electrical demand and potential brownouts.
We perform flow and pressure tests and inspect all critical components. Seasonal factors like drought conditions can lower water levels and impact both quantity and quality, while increased irrigation use or system changes can put added strain on your pump. We also check for common issues such as plugged sediment filters that can restrict flow.
This service is available from June 15th through July 31st, with discounted pricing for regular maintenance customers.
Winterizations
As colder weather approaches, properly preparing your well system is essential to prevent costly freeze damage. Our Winterization service includes a complete system shutdown and inspection to ensure every necessary step is taken for safe winter protection. Depending on your system design, this may include removing the pump, pulling drain plugs, draining offset lines, blowing out the system, and treating components with antifreeze where appropriate. If the pump is removed, we can place it wherever is most convenient for you, with the recommendation that it be stored indoors in a warm location for the winter.
This service is available from September 15th through October 31st, with discounted pricing for regular maintenance customers. Additional services—such as irrigation system blowouts—are also available upon request.
