“The Belmont Soccer Association offered to donate three water wells to the town of Belmont for three different athletic fields. We created a very detailed RFP and sent it to a number of companies that offered drilling services. We were looking for someone with a track record of providing turnkey solutions for project similar to ours. The athletic fields would require significant quantities of water and we were concerned about where the wells should be drilled.
